Looking to get into shape this fall? Wanting a jump start on that Spring Break body? Well just in time, I'm offering a 6 week restart boot-camp!
The boot camp includes: -30 minute cardio sessions that are synced with music to keep the interest alive! -Sessions of light weight routine to keep the blood pumping and moving! -Calisthenics to keep the agility in your body functioning - Yoga sessions to allow for optimal recovery as well as a break from the constant wear and tear on the body Every day lasts about 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on the area of focus that day and occurs only 3 times a week for the total 6 week course. Every session will include nutritional help as well, to assist in the making of your Spring Break body. Contact me to reserve your spot in the boot camp today!
