Fitness and Nutrition Assessments
Health and Wellness can be combined with a variety of treatment approaches. In the assignment for creating a fitness plan for a client, we needed to give details on how often the client should workout and what types of workouts they should do. This could be implemented into a my program very easily, since the focus is of Fitness and Nutrition. Giving a workout plan for people to follow and get comfortable in the gym as well as giving them a diet plan to follow will help them achieve their physical goals. Creating a plan like the document attached, will help give a template for programs to create.
What are Amino Acids?
There are many different supplements in the world of fitness and nutrition. Many don't understand the importance of amino acids in the body and what they do for us. I have attached one of the presentations that I gave that discusses a few of these amino acids and what they do in part of our bodies function.
Resources for Stress Management
Many times you will have those that are not able to manage their stressors. They understand that they are in stress and not necessarily know how to come down from a stressful event. I have created a resource guide on different ways to reduce stress on the body as well what stress does on the body when under stress for an extended period of time.
Managing Stress
Experiencing a lot of stress that you are just unsure of how to cope with? Or maybe not fully understand the concept of what you need to do to manage stress? There are so many different ways to cope with stress and I have attached a paper that includes an interview someone to see what there thoughts are on the way they manage stress and if they have truly looked into managing stress.
