Stupid Easy Paleo is one of my favorite sources to go to when I'm in a time crunch or I just don't know what to make next. Steph Gaudreau's' website is extremely easy to use and she has so many recipes to follow that are not hard at all. She has different categories that you can utilize in your cooking as well. Take a look!!

This book is a great way to really understand the concepts of a WHOLE FOOD/PALEO diet. Dallas and Melissa are the creators of the Whole30 diet that seems to be the rave right now. Their book and cookbook has been known to help with many different health issues that occur in any age. They have recently come out with a second book called "Food Freedom Forever". This resource helps those that have completed the Whole30 diet, but wish to know how to stay the way the are forever rather than lapse in their diet again.

This documentary is a very long one, 1.5 hour to be exact. I don't expect that you watch the whole thing right now! This documentary gets you into the detailed information on where our health issues occur starting with the mouth. This documentary will give you a great understanding of why the millennials are so into their health and life quality. This could be hard for some to handle, many people tend to turn into a vegetarian or vegan, GOOD LUCK!

The has been a lot of talk lately about "The Bulletproof Diet" among the functional and contemporary physicians out there. The Bulletproof diet is a ketogenic, mold/toxin free, raw food type of diet. David Asprey, the author, has created this due to his own issues with mold and weight issues. He came up with the bulletproof diet by using his bio-hacking skills and wanted to educate others about it as well.
