There are so many out there that are causing our health issues to appear. Sugar is one of the biggest empty calories that we all crave day to day. This gives us small bursts of energy and then crashes after. Our brains need glucose to function, but there are many vegetables that we can consume as well as fruits that have natural sugars for our minds. Sugar is one of the many things that is hard to stay away from since it is added into everything that we consume unless it is natural. These are many different names for sugar that many of us do not realize is actually sugar. This article also discusses there are empty calories in alcohol and solid fats that we eat. This can be especially hard with those that have social jobs and work in food industry position. This article has many different ways to help you avoid the processed foods, tips on eliminating the sugar as well as nutrients that you should look for. They also offer tips on meal planning and having healthy food snacks on hand for when those cravings strike! |
